Never wiped
That is a promise: there are no seasons and no resets. The world you build in stays, and so does everything you build in it.
One rule keeps the land fair: claims of players who have not logged in for 60 days expire, so no plot stays locked forever. Every login starts the 60 days again, so log in once in a while and your land stays yours. In game, /claimstatus shows your claims, and the Claim Inspector stick from your starter kit shows when a claim's owner was last online.
